  1. Initial Information Session:  
     
 

In the initial information session, we get to know each other. I want to hear from you why you came to me. The more openly and freely you share your thoughts, feelings, and goals with me, the better I can understand how I can help you best. We will also discuss your expectations of me and the goals you want to achieve. This helps me better tailor our work to your individual needs. Of course, I will answer any questions you have and inform you about the next steps toward a solution.

 
     
  2. Anamnesis Interview:  
     
 

Before we start the actual work, it's important for me to get to know you better and gain a comprehensive understanding of your life situation. This conversation serves to gain insight into various aspects of your life and history. I want to talk about your personal history to learn more about your childhood, family, education, and professional background. This helps me develop a comprehensive context for your life experiences. Then, I want to talk with you about your current life situation, including work, relationships, social environment, and any stress factors. Understanding your current life circumstances is crucial for identifying relevant issues. The conversation will also cover your current emotional state, sleep habits, eating behavior, and other mental health aspects. This allows me to better understand your current mental condition. If you have previous experiences with psychological or psychiatric support, I would like to know how it came about, what helped you, and which aspects you found less helpful. We will also discuss your physical health, as physical and mental health are often connected.

  Together, we define clear and achievable goals that form the focus of our work. These goals serve as a guide for the process and allow us to track your progress.
